Well that's it, it's official, the contract has been signed.
A few issues with the drawings, but they will be rectified prior to the construction drawings being passed onto the developer and the applying of the building permit.
Bit of an anti-climax though as we thought that we would be on-site within 30 days... Not so, as the developer needs to approve the plans and we have been told that it could take up to 4 weeks to get through that process... that's even before the building permit.....
HURRY UP AND START !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway we are nearly there, in the home stretch now so hopefully on-site soon.

It's goign to be hard waiting, it took me two month approximatly before the site construction starts, but today I got a phone call that it will start on Thursday.
