Well back to the block yesterday and found that the builders had laid the plumbing....

At this stage, there should be power connected /meter installed today as well as preparation for the slab. The concreter is supposed to start on the 10th, so hope all will go to plan...
The weather is a bit hot this week, but hopefully we'll have no issues....
